Airport Transfer Questions
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a name board, and you receive their name, photo, phone number and vehicle registration by WhatsApp the evening before. If you prefer a kerbside pickup instead, tell us at booking and we will arrange it.
We track the flight number you provide and shift the pickup automatically — there is nothing for you to do. Complimentary waiting runs 60 minutes from actual landing for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic.
Yes, at all four airports, every day of the year. A large share of Kerala arrivals land between midnight and 5 a.m., and those slots are staffed as a matter of routine, not as an exception.
Yes, and we recommend it. Booking the outbound drop together with your arrival locks in the vehicle and usually the same chauffeur, which matters on departure mornings.
Infant and toddler seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the child’s age at booking so we fit the correct seat before dispatch.
