Good to know
For two to four guests with airport luggage a sedan is comfortable and economical. Five to seven guests, or any itinerary including Munnar, Wayanad or Thekkady, is better served by an SUV such as an Innova Crysta. Groups of eight and above should look at a tempo traveller or a Force Urbania.
Yes — every vehicle in the fleet is air-conditioned, including coaches. On hill routes drivers may briefly switch to fresh-air mode on steep climbs, which is normal and protects the engine.
We confirm the category and model class at booking, and share the registration number, chauffeur name and photo the evening before travel. Specific registrations can be requested for weddings and corporate events.
Yes. One-way drops are available across Kerala and to Coimbatore, Ooty, Coorg, Madurai, Bengaluru and Kanyakumari. Pricing includes the return-empty component, which we state in the quotation.
The luggage figures shown for each category are realistic, not optimistic. If you are travelling with oversized bags, musical instruments or trekking gear, tell us at booking and we will either fit a roof carrier or move you up a category at the same class of service.
