Terms & Conditions

The booking, pricing, cancellation and travel terms that apply to every journey we run.

Last updated 2 September 2026

Booking and confirmation

An enquiry is not a booking. Your journey is confirmed only once we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it. The confirmation states the vehicle category, the route, the date and time, and everything included in the fare.

Vehicle categories are confirmed at booking. A specific model or registration can be requested and is subject to availability on the day.

Pricing

Every quotation is itemised. It states the base fare, the kilometres included, and the treatment of tolls, parking, interstate permits, driver allowance and any night charge.

Nothing is added afterwards unless you change the itinerary during the trip — for example additional stops, extra kilometres or extended waiting. Any such change is charged at the rates already stated in your quotation.

Payment

We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cash. Standard bookings are settled at the end of the journey. Weddings, multi-day group itineraries and peak-season pilgrimage travel carry a confirmation advance, which is stated in the quotation.

Corporate accounts can be set up with consolidated monthly invoicing and full GST documentation.

Cancellation

Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to six hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside that window may be charged to cover the vehicle and chauffeur already committed.

Wedding, event and multi-day group bookings follow the specific cancellation terms stated in your written quotation, because vehicles for those dates are held exclusively for you.

Waiting time

Airport transfers include complimentary waiting of 60 minutes from actual landing for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic. Because we track your flight, delays do not consume that allowance.

For all other pickups, and for waiting-and-return arrangements, waiting hours and the hourly rate beyond them are agreed in advance and stated in the quotation.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate pickup details, contact numbers and flight information — most delays we see come from an incorrect number or terminal. Passengers must wear seat belts, and the chauffeur may decline to carry more passengers or luggage than the vehicle is permitted to take.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in our vehicles. Damage caused to a vehicle by passengers may be charged at cost.

Our responsibilities and limits

We will provide the vehicle category booked, a licensed chauffeur, and the service described in your confirmation. Every vehicle carries commercial insurance, a current fitness certificate and the permits required for the route.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control — traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or restrictions imposed by the authorities, including seasonal restrictions on the Sabarimala route. Where such a delay occurs we will do everything reasonable to keep your journey on track.

Please check the vehicle for personal belongings at the end of your journey. We will make reasonable efforts to return items left behind but cannot accept responsibility for them.
