What we collect

We collect only what we need to prepare a quotation and run your journey. When you send an enquiry through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone, that typically means:

• Your name and the phone or WhatsApp number we should reply to
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Pickup and drop locations, travel dates and times
• Group size, vehicle preference and any special requirements you tell us about
• Flight numbers, where you have asked us to track an arrival

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare your written quotation, confirm the booking, assign a chauffeur and vehicle, and stay in contact with you for the duration of the trip. Where you have asked for a GST invoice or a corporate account, we also use them for billing and record-keeping.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the chauffeur assigned to your journey — normally your name, contact number and the pickup details. Where a booking involves a partner operator, hotel or wedding planner you have asked us to coordinate with, we share only what that coordination requires.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

This website

This is a static website. It does not run advertising trackers, and enquiry forms do not store your details on this site — submitting a form opens WhatsApp (or your email client) with the message pre-filled, so you remain in control of what is sent and when.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs, and embedded Google Maps content is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the service and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are cleared from our travel desk in the ordinary course of business.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
